After Harmony confirms your test contract, switch to live mode to start selling insurance.

Switch to Live Mode

Harmony → API → Mode: Live, then Save changes.

Verify Coverage

Orders → open order → Harmony Insurance section.

Cancellations & Refunds

Within 14 days, process via Harmony Portal or customer support.

Manage Orders, Refunds & Claims

Verify Insurance on Orders

WooCommerce → Orders → open order → Harmony Insurance section.

14-Day Cancellations

Process via the Harmony Portal or have the customer contact Harmony directly.

Serial / IMEI Corrections

Update before contract creation. After creation, contact Dealer Support for changes.

DOA Replacements

Contact Dealer Support with the replacement device details.

Troubleshooting & Logs

  1. WooCommerce → Settings → Harmony → Status.
  2. Click View Logs and select the timeframe.
  3. Download and send to support.
